INDIA KERALA 60%

Washed Process - Premium grade from Kerala region

COLOMBIA SUPREMO 30%

Washed process - Arabica beans from region of Huila, San Augustin.

HONDURAS 10%

Washed Process - Strictly high grown at an altitude around 1350masl.

Suggested Recipe:

• Dose: 20-22g
• Extraction: 36-40g (2 shots)
  
• Extraction Time: 25-30 seconds
• Milk Weight: 120-140ml
• Cup Size: 180ml (Use 1 shot for regular, 2 shots for strong)
