Pluto, once the farthest planet from the sun until its reclassification. Much like Pluto, Robusta is often overlooked and considered of lesser quality, but beloved by many in Southeast Asia. We crafted this blend to showcase the potential of Robusta beans. Experience our less-sour coffee and rediscover the exceptional taste of Robusta beans in this mixed blend of Arabica and Robusta.

Blend Components:

HONDURAS 50%

Washed Process - Strictly high grown at an altitude around 1350masl.

INDONESIA SUMATRA 30%

Wet Hulling Process - Grade 1 Robusta beans from Lake Toba region.

BRAZIL SITIO 20%

Volcanic Fermentation Process - Red acacia varietal from Mantiqueria de Minas region at 1000 - 1400masl

Tasting Notes: 

Dark Chocolate, hazelnut, malt

Suggested Recipe:

• Dose: 20-22g
• Extraction: 36-40g (2 shots)
  
• Extraction Time: 25-30 seconds
• Milk Weight: 120-140ml
• Cup Size: 180ml (Use 1 shot for regular, 2 shots for strong)
